silk screen printing

Silk screen printing, aka. Screen Printing, is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design. [Source: wikipedia]

The basic printing size is within A6, ie. 105 x 148 mm. If you want bigger sizes, please choose from the above option "Printing Size". There are in total 3 options: A4 (210 x 297 mm), A5 (148 x 210 mm) and A6 (105 x 148 mm, default).

The cost covers 2C1P (2-Color logo at 1 Postion), or 1C2P (1-Color logo at 2 Positions). If you need only 1C1P (1-color and 1-position printing only), please choose another product, titled "Silk Screen Printing (1C1P).
